FIBRECLAD is a BRANZ Appraised and double mesh-reinforced external plaster system over rebated fibre cement board. It provides a cost effective, light weight and vapour-permeable cladding solution. The MPT renders are made from durable, eco-friendly, mineral ingredients based on German recipes that have been adapted for use in our local conditions.
LITECLAD is a cavity-based plaster wall cladding designed as a stronger substitute for solid plaster applications. It consists of cementitious breathable mineral plasters, alkali resistant fibreglass mesh and assorted PVC flashings and trims. MPT LITECOAT is the hero of the Liteclad system. It is pumpable, trowelable and contains high volumes of a natural mineral insulator, making the Liteclad system very thermally efficient for its low weight and depth.
MESHCLAD is a highly effective insulating plaster system for external EIFS, EPS & XPS application. It is installed over a compliant drained cavity and is comprised of three layers of cementitious breathable mineral plasterers reinforced with alkali-resistant fibreglass mesh. Available in 40mm, 50mm, 60mm and 75mm thicknesses.
STONECLAD is a multi-coat reinforced plaster system designed specifically for plastering over concrete block, clay brick and other masonry surfaces. Typical laid up depth of the system is 6 to 10mm, but where a levelling coat needs to be applied to straighten crooked walls, MPT STONECOAT can be pumped on in layers up to an overall thickness of more than 200mm.
PETRAPANEL Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) is a three-coat reinforced plaster system over AAC panels or AAC block. The breathability of all MPT Plasters complements the breathability of AAC, resulting in a totally vapour-permeable system. For fire resistance, temperature and sound insulation the Petrapanel system is unmatched. Petrapanel is available in 50 & 75mm thick panels.
